Good Extended Stay Good extended stay hotel. However, there is no maid service. The hotel is not in the best location, but it is clean and rodent free. Great choice for an extended stay.

I like the excellent staff anf how they was so helpful. My room was really clean but there was NO room service every morning. That was weird to me because I was there 3 days without fresh towels or sheets.

I'm so sorry to hear that you were not aware of our ‘Simple’ philosophy and that guests pay only for the amenities they want to use (like daily cleaning, linen changes, cookware, a coffee pot, etc.). Not every guest desires the same amenities and by allowing guests to choose and only pay for the amenities they want, we are able to keep our rates affordable. We're glad you had an overall good stay with us.
Orlando it was fine but the price kept going up. price went from $327 a week to $587.Bait and switch?

Very nice When I saw a few bad reviews online I got nervous but when I got to the hotel I was pleasantly surprised. It was very nice and next time I decide to get a hotel I will definitely choose this one again. 5/5 stars
