Newly renovated Quiet, near shopping.The rooms were in excellent condition. The staff were friendly.

We slept here. This hotel was definitely in need of some TLC. The staff was great and the bed was comfortable but the bathroom was not very clean which was a little unsettling. All in all mission accomplished, we had a bed to sleep in and we left after out checkout time without any hassling from the staff so that was cool.

It served its one night purpose It wasnt bad for being under renovations...hope the rooms will be better looking

Decent Price for Decent Stay It was an okay hotel for what it was. The room was ok overall not dirty or anything. For the price it was a decent hotel. The location was nice because it wasn't right in the middle of all the heavy traffic but not too far from International Drive. The Florida mall also isn't that far away either.

Hotel had a bad smell

Really no ice machine! We arrived around 10:15 to check in as the hotel was being renovated inside. There was front desk attendant. We waited 15/20 mins. and had called the lobby phone several times. Apparently the clerk had left and gone to the neighboring property (another Extended Stay) for whatever reason. He comes in, does not say welcome or hello.
