Excelente Hotel Estive por 3 dias em Orlando e não me arrependi quanto a estadia. Bom hotel, quarto amplo, arrumado, com geladeira, microondas e fogão duas bocas! Muito bom! Ar muito frio, só faltava nevar! Estacionamento aberto, porém não tive problemas com o carro alugado. Sempre estacionava de frente para o quarto como costumo fazer nos hotéis em Orlando. Realizei o late check-out, fiquei até as 14:00 e paguei $20 por isso. No mais, excelente hotel, ficaria mais vezes. Ah, fica em torno de 10 min do Florida Mall e o bairr... read more

Great hotel, very peaceful Enjoy my stay clean quiet and very comfortable. Room had área to cook and everything. Staff very nice and helpful. Would go back again.

Its just what it's needed It's a good hotel, comfortable rooms. Just make sure there's no Harley's motorbike guest in the hotel because of the noise at any time.

4 Star! We read all the negative reviews. Our room was spotless, AC worked perfect, people we friendly, room smelled great, no ants, bedbugs or anything like that. Perfect location for restaurants and very quiet. You can't please everyone but we were VERY happy and we stay at a lot of hotels.

Thumbs down on cleanliness ROACHES!!!!! The staff was great especially if you had any questions they answered you quickly and was ready to help. Unfortunately we never had room service cleaning because it is once a week and it's only on the day you are to arrive before you get there. I also believe that because of the lack of room service throughout the hotel There was a lot of roaches in my room, the bathroom even in the little living room sit in section; which made my trip 10 times more horrible.

Didn't feel safe. During the evening many car windows were broken in the parking lot. The hotel was clean but run down. Would not stay there again or recommend it to anybody

Disappointing experience The room is clean, but very noisy. Sleeping on bed is uncomfortable and cold, and shampoo hurts my hair a lot. Staff are not friendly. As a hotel close to Universal Studio and Disney, they don't provide shuttle bus to the attractions.
