Nice hotel for price, close to the beach Nice hotel for price, close to the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only negative things I have to say is that the floor I was on smelled like smoke and when I went to ask the front office for more toilet paper for our room, they were out. So I had to go across the street and buy some TP. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

Great staff / quiet location We arrived very late - well after the front desk's closing time. Tim (the manager) told me in advance not to worry, that he'd take care of things whenever we arrived, no matter the time. Well, he did & then some. I know we woke him up, but he didn't let any of that show. He was very helpful throughout our weekend stay, which was a birthday get-away & was much needed, so we appreciated the courtesy & assistance even more. Cheap! Clean! And very nice employees I was surprised by how clean and nice the hotel was! Very friendly especially the manager! If me and my family goes on vacation again I will defently choose value place again! For the price it was very spacous and clean!

Sufficient stay Only place available we could find July 4th weekend. Beds are hard. Everything else was good. Very clean! Most staff was very friendly, one gentleman..not so much. Was affordable

Very nice staff! The hotel itself is about 20 mins from the beach which is not a bad drive.. the bridge to the beach does have a toll but is only 1 dollar! Very clean and comfy! For how cheap the hotel is definitely worth it if you don't mind not staying right on the beach!

Good price Staff was amazing. First time staying at a Value Place. Beds were really small. Place was very clean. 30 min. drive to Pensacola beach.

The security attendant Tim was very nice. The room above us had some very loud children. They would jump up and down all night long and early in the morning. This was not a problem with the hotel but a parenting issue. People need to teach their children respect and consideration of others. My family and I had a nice vacation.
