Double charge This hotel double charged me for my stay upon arrival. However, hotels.com was great about taking car of the confusion.

Good value Everything was great except the bed, to small for two people, and it seemed to have springs, not very comfortable. The staff was great!

Not a family hotel This isn't a family hotel as advertised. If I had known it was a contractors hotel with s few people that use it for housing I would have never chosen this hotel. There were always people loitering in the parking lot drinking and smoking. Felt very unsafe.

Transferred to different property; not acceptable Moved me from sister hotel to this place 30 min. Drive each way each of 7 days, bad location, hard to get to. Can’t afford to have a 7-8 hour commute added to my week when commute each already significant.
