Check in was quick we booked online staff was nice spoke very well .

For the money good hotel smaller like pets but we're.pet.friendly. Kitchenette is the best! Great location for sure. Could use new mattresses

I liked the hotel but our room was by the elevator so a little loud.also there was no none smoking rooms.we don’t smoke and we both have copd but it was ok

I got there late, after the regular hours and hey had a phone there to call to get let in. I called and some operator from a different location said someone would be there shortly. 20 min went by and no one showed up so I called again and they put me on hold and said someone would be there soon and that the person coming never got the first call... then it took another 10 min to check me in because I didn’t come for the first of the two nights I booked and she couldn’t get the reservation to work.
