Hotel nice, front desk staff not efficient The hotel itself was nice. The check-in process was a nightmare. There was one lady working in about 15 people in line.

No coffee pot no dryer no pots , pans silverware. Did not know I had to bring my own

I'm so sorry to hear that you were not aware of our ‘Simple’ philosophy --- that guests pay only for the amenities they want to use (like daily cleaning, linen changes, cookware, etc.) Many guests prefer the privacy that comes with limited Housekeeping and want to furnish their own toiletries, kitchen utensils, coffeepot, etc. I'm so sorry you were not expecting this and did not enjoy your stay because of it.
