Bare bones but clean. The hotel was perfectly fine because we just weren't there that much. It was clean, the beds were fine but being an extended stay there was no maid service. There was also no business center or even a printer for the airlines. It has some room to improve.

Housekeeping is provided for reservations with 8 nights or more and linen exchange is always available free of charge. We do offer dishes for our guests but they are not kept in the rooms so that we may provide a fresh clean experience for each guest. Great Coffee The Superbowl made 4 nights here stupid expensive. Great coffee.
Acceptable overall I arrived to find my reservation was not in their system from Hotels.com. After 20 minutes I was finally checked in. The room was acceptable for the price and basically what was expected. Nothing fancy, but did the job for my stay. The room appeared clean when I walked in, but after closer inspection the comforter and blanket had burn holes in them. Business trip Beds hard and lumpy. Also squeaked and creaked whenever there was movement on the beds.

Work in Phoenix It is always solid here. Like the rooms. Perfect for me. Lizel at the front desk is one of the best hotel customer service people I have ever met.
