Business trip Beds hard and lumpy. Also squeaked and creaked whenever there was movement on the beds.

Work in Phoenix It is always solid here. Like the rooms. Perfect for me. Lizel at the front desk is one of the best hotel customer service people I have ever met.

Good value for the money I was happy that they had a kitchenette but I had to ask for silverware which was a mild inconvenience. When staying for more than one night, you have to ask maid service to change the linens. But overall, a good value for the money. The neighborhood is okay and close to where my business was conducted.
Nice for the price It was a different experience, you can cook in your room if you choose, you had to ask for the dishes, pots and pans etc....The morning breakfast was muffins, granola bars, and oatmeal, the coffee often ran out and one day there was no coffee at all to make! I thought there was going to be a riot. Overall the stay was nice we will come again.

Phoenix stay It's a little tough to get there, or find. It's not fancy, but the room is comfortable. The room is good size and overall very nice. The service is great. A+ for customer service. Lizel was at the front desk and she couldn't be more friendly, helpful and organized.
Great value! We've stayed a few times at this hotel during holidays to visit family and it is a great value for the money. You get a clean room with a kitchen. The staff has always been friendly. The location is quiet but close to Highway 17, so it's convenient to get anywhere else. The breakfast isn't anything special, but for the price and with a kitchen in the room, it's not a big deal. Recommended for short or long stays.
Not the worst but will look for other options next The hotel looked nice on the outside, but the rooms were dingy and not as clean as I would have liked. You could hear conversations down the hall in your room and we were able to hear the toilet flush every time it was used above us. Breakfast offered was a joke, instant oatmeal, weak coffee and old fruit.
