cheap & clean Our room didn't have pillows, which the front desk staff quickly fixed... and expedia charged us for a King bed but they had none available... other than that, the place has no frills, but we weren't looking for any. There's a mini kitchen.

softball trip was a pleasant stay...the only negative comment is that you CAN NOT CHECK IN UNTIL 3 PM. Tried to check in early due to my long travel, was denied and had to spend over an hour wondering the local Target.

Great place to stay! This is my third time at this motel so I must be very satisfied with it. It is quiet and clean. It is also convenient with the kitchenette with the microwave, mini-stove and sink along with a toaster, silverware and a coffee maker.

Nice extended-stay hotel I had stayed in a competitor's extended stay hotel for my trips to Phoenix for years but it's condition had deteriorated steadily to the point that I decided to try somewhere else. This hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. It's close to the freeway and other major access roads. Several good restaurants in the area. I will stay here on my next trip.

Great Stay Overall! Service was very good, lady at front dest was very nice and helpful. Great room, good location of hotel, kinda secluded yet restaurants are within 10 min of driving. Room comfy. Bring your own shampoo, they only provide soap.

Sufficient for the price I had stayed here previously so I have some satisfaction with this place. However, on this trip I encountered problems getting my room cleaned. There is free housekeeping service once a week. The lady at the front desk kindly offered to have housekeeping come up to my room. This was on a Friday morning. She said if it wasn't done Friday then it would be done Saturday. When I got back from work Friday evening it hadn't been done.
