This hotel was appropriate for our needs. We were content with the rooms. We tried to find a local news station on the TV to check the weather during travel times, but could not find one.

Good Stay Overall the hotel stay was very good. The rooms are clean, but fairly sparten. Make sure you have your own shampoo, etc. I wish they would get rid of the carpet in the bedroom area. The bath and kitchen have laminate type wood flooring and that would be great in the whole area. Easier to clean for sure. The carpets apparently get shampooed after each guest and they feel a little sticky from the residue of shampoo. I would stay there again.

Great Price- Friendly Service It was so much more than I expected for the price. Being on the road appx 300 days a year, I stay in a lot of Hotels. The price was very good at the Extended Stay. The staff was very attentive to my every need. The room was very nice and clean. I was very impressed. I had to get a room while closing on my home, I would suggest this property to anyone.

Favorable Rates and Convenient Location I appreciated the favorable rates and didn't miss daily maid service at all. Extra towels and supplies were always available at the front desk. The hotel had on/off convenience to Interstate 17 and the 101 Loop and was near a shopping mall and restaurants. It would be a great base for visiting the Phoenix area.

Extended Stay America - No Surprises - GREAT VALUE This hotel had a diverse client base during my stay. Everyone from business-types to construction contractors to the "beats living in my car" people. The property is fairly clean and fairly well maintained. You get more of a short-term apartment feeling than a hotel experience from the staff. Phoenix trip The hotel was very close to the site that my son was in an accident and died as a result of his injuries. Everything such as stores, movies etc. were very close and convenient. The staff was friendly this time, which was very nice. I don't plan to travel to Phoenix again, but if I had to, I would stay there.

Not bad for the price. Would stay at this hotel again if it had a pool. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was helpful and friendly.
