The room had been smoked in and everything we had in there for 8 days smells like stale smoke. The floors were filthy. I bought a mop to clean them. No bags for dog waste anywhere. The staff always acted put out if we needed anything. The location was good. Will not stay there again.

Friendly front desk.. but........ I traveled by car for 6 hours and finally got there around 430 pm.. so was tired.. so when it was my turn to check in the front desk told me I would have to wait an additional 45 mins because the room was not ready( she told me there were extenuating circumstances that needed to be taken care of!! I was not happy and asked if I would be compensated for the inconvenience since check in was 3 pm.. she said no (politely) and in turned said she could send me to another property.. Room was good. Arrived 5:30 told no room available. return in 45 minutes. Returned to a somewhat chaotic check-in. I would consider staying at this place again.
