As we all know communication is the Key and Cornerstone in any type of Industry, especially the hospitality industry. This hotel is a very nice place but they have issues of communication between all shifts and it's difficult to deal with those kind of situations. If they would be able to work on that issue and have communication between all three shifts this hotel will be one of the best places to stay in Mesa. From start to finish i have enjoyed my stay with the Extended Stay America - Mesa - West. They took strides to make sure everything was taken care of and Buster Bear were OK Great Place to Stay.
