Disappointing Stay was ok. Nice neighborhood nearby to walk through. My last day of stay there was a sketchy guy who seemed to be trying to break into rooms. I travel a ton for work so I know when to let things slide and when to blow the whistle. I had to cut my stay short by 2 days due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Instead of realizing the gravity of the situation and refunding a frequent guest at their properties across the country 2 nights stay costs, Extended Stay America kept the money. The room was clean. The fan in the bathroom didn't work, but overall it was a great stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
