Convenient Location and Efficient Staff! Stay was enjoyable, quiet and uneventful; all of which are welcomed when you are on a trip. If you arrive late in the evening, the office will be closed, but there is a phone that reaches the nice ladies down in housekeeping who will check you in quickly and efficiently. Got a deluxe king size room. There was no parking near the room. Went into the room, it was nice and as we unpacked and relaxed noticed there was no tv remote in the room called and the staff alfonso came & brought us one it was the wrong one so he went back & brought us another one that worked. Then a hour later we noticed there wasnt a cofee pot i called & was told that there were none available & to callback in the morning, called un the morning & got one thwn after my shower relaized there was no hair dryer & had to call... read more

Super friendly staff, they were really nice! Great location and close to a lot of shops and restaurants. My only complaint is that I wish the area was monitored better at night. I couldn’t leave my room by the time it got dark because I was constantly getting approached and followed by homeless people, creepy men, and people sleeping in the parking lot. Lots of needles and trash I saw left behind as well.

The desk clerk gave me a room with someone else in it. I had to lug my suitcase all the way back to office to be reassigned another room. Few amenities but everything else was good.
