The property is in good conditions, reported excessive noise on room above mine the issue was not taken care.

Close to where I needed to be. Roaches on wall, kitchen and bathroom, lots of babies just disgusting. Maybe I should have let office know but didn't. Saw a security car but never anyone in it, not safe to go out at night. Flat pillows and just soso bed. Room was right off entrance ramp to interstate, noise almost all the time. You get what you pay for and I won't pay for it again.

Good hotel if you are on a budget. Weird check in This hotel is worth the price. There is NO housekeeping. The check in process is weird. I will explain more later in my review. This is a good (2.5 star) hotel if you're traveling on a budget. The location is in a "seedy" location. However, they have A LOT of rules with this hotel. At first, I was confused and annoyed by all of their rules, but now I see why they are there, because this is a sketchy neighborhood. Nice stay for 1 week just check the rules. It was ok. Room had a lot odor of cigarette but staff set a machine to clean that. It worked perfect. This is a PET frendy hotel. Due the hotel rules, rooms are cleaned every 14 days, front desk operation hours from 9 am to 10 pm and there is a deposit of $100 that's back when staff check room, so consider all these rules and some others. I love WoodSpring Suites is always my go to hotel anywhere any state available ❤️Great rooms . Service can get a little better thou😜but overall great place to feel at home
