Stayed here about a month... The building is newer and for the most part clean and kept up. No extra amenities which is sort of a bummer, but didn't make a big difference to me at the time. Price is a little high for what you get (rooms are small) and had issues at the end not being able help to exit or enter out of any door but the front door. Our first time in Phoenix We were very pleased with the staff Ms Clarice was very pleasant answered all our questions about restaurants. We had to leave early due to the virus outbreak and the mangers took good care of us. The hotel is nearby the I17 highway, it took awhile to adjust to the traffic noise. The room was tidy, beds & pillows excellent. We think the hotel chain can spend a little more money on training the people who clean the room floors. And can do a better job. This hotel is great if you are in this area for an extended time for work. The room was clean but still felt dated. Some of the things I didn’t particularly like, you exchange your towels from 4pm to 8pm daily at the front desk. I was on vacation and never at the hotel durning that time. When I checked in I wasn’t told that. They do not clean your room daily. Rooms are only cleaned once every 14 days if your stay is that long. Regarding our linen exchange, many guests prefer to do their own laundry in our on-site laundry room, so we do not include fresh sheets and towels as part of our base rate and instead offer this service for a small fee.
