Staff was great I was not happy with my room and they moved me with no problems to a room that is great
Its quiet clean...the staff take care of business...its been noce ataying here

Only if you have no other options. This is not really a hotel. It’s more of an extended stay. The price was right compared to other hotels due to BB spring training where those prices were outrageous!! There are MANY people actually living there. Not really a family place.
Average stay Very clean, area not so great but centrally located. Served its purpose. Beds were comfortable had a small kitchen.
They do a very good job of keeping expenses down, and as a customer I appreciate that. But we felt we were paying $1.00/day for linen charges that we did not receive. It would reflect better if included in the daily rate. We expected a full kitchen, but nothing was supplied. Since we travelled by air our options of equipping the kitchen for only nine days were limited, but the desk could have available for use items like a corckscrew. So generic what good is a kitchen without, ,coffee maker, ,toaster,plates,silverware exs,exs,bed was ok but no furniture or iron it was like a military dorm room.
Dissapointed There was a gathering spot in the parking lot every night with about 6 noisy patrons. Even though the unit was a kitchenette there was absolutely no utensils, cups plates pots or pans, did not see that fact in the listing.You could purchase ( not rent ) kitchen items. Complex charges $1 per night so you can exchange sheets and towels, trouble is there is only 1 staff member and after making several attempts finally got replacement linens.Poor access and limited parking with no restaurants within walking distance... read more
