Phoenix stay The night guy was not a very nice person until my stay was almost over with. Having never stayed were I did not get my room cleaned every day and having to wait until after 4 pm to get towels and I was not always back to the room before the office closed wa hard. The two rooms by the office should not be used for guest. Being close to the laundry room and were the service room is was very loud and noisy in the morning. I had to have the room cleaned when I got there.

Policy of leaving notes of room violations is very unprofessional. And why are maids snooping in occupied rooms anyway? Day of cleaning we were given was not the correct, so no fresh trash bags all week.

Dear Guest Management inspects rooms at random and at certain times of the month. It is listed in your registration card, which you sign and acknowledge, "Hotel reserves the right to conduct random inspections of each room, regardless of whether a guest is present for any such inspection." Because we are not a traditional hotel with short term guests, it is necessary that we conduct inspections of rooms.
