Mixed review Very noisy, particularly facing freeway on ramp. Too many loitering outside back parking lot @ night.

Property was well maintained. Everything looked good and worked as expected. Layout and designed was pleasing. Kitchenette was nice and the fridge was full sized. Walmart was very nearby, which helped because there was no shampoo. Walls were thin and could hear too much from both inside the building and outside the building. WiFi allowed for only one device, additional devices were charged a fee. Neighborhood seemed a little too sketchy to feel comfortable walking alone at night to the nearby shopping/amusement center. Disappointed When I first arrived I thought the hotel was nice and liked how there was people outside cleaning. I showed up a little early since I flew in before check in time, I asked if I could check in early and the guy told me no and I asked if he could check if there was any available rooms and I offered to pay for early check in and he refused to do so. Then I show back up later and get my key guy acted like he hated his job. Walk into the room and smelled like someone just chained smoked a whole pack of cigs. We went ... read more

I want to apologize for the service you received and clearly we failed. In regards to Check-ins prior to 3pm they are based on availability. We would always like to accommodate every guest's request for early check in but its not always possible. Linen exchanges are typically done after 4pm because most days the linen is not available until then to exchange as housekeeping is in the process of cleaning rooms.

For rooms with a kitchenette there were no pots, pans, plates, utensils

Because we are an Extended Stay Hotel we give our guests the ability to bring or purchase items they may require thus saving them money in rate. I am sorry that you were not aware that they are not included in the room but are available for purchase.

You get what you pay for. Very Clean Hotel. Recently renovated and the rooms are nice. The staff however is not the best. They really have this I don't care attitude. Being that I stayed over 3 weeks and spent over 1500 dollars, you would expect more housekeeping days than one. And I had to fight to get that one. They told me it was done after 2 weeks and I had to go down and request it. The rooms are loud and you can hear the person next to you very well. But for the price and the condition, I would stay again.

I am sorry that you didn't have a good experience. Housekeeping is down 14 days from day of check in and is tracked by the computer. Things that may have kept you from getting your scheduled housekeeping would be items left on the bed, counters our vanity of the bathroom. Housekeeping will not move personal effects. Was fine as a place to sleep for the night. Bring earplugs. You can hear everything in your room.

A newly remodeled hotel, very clean, the staff was very nice. Having a kitchenette was excellent. Loved the fact this is a nonsmoking hotel. The property outside was clean, but I did not like the smokers smoking right next to the building as when you come out of the hotel you walk right through the cigarette smoke - not nice.
