No frills - convenient - inexpensive This is a no-frills place to stay - location is convenient and price very competitive - great for a couple of buddies to use to crash during spring training

Average to good Didn't know they didn't provide pots and dishes, coffee pot etc. The last extended stay did. Room fine, bed, fine, clean, but could use a comfortable place to sit. Location was a quick trip to many locations.

Property was well maintained. Everything looked good and worked as expected. Layout and designed was pleasing. Kitchenette was nice and the fridge was full sized. Walmart was very nearby, which helped because there was no shampoo. Walls were thin and could hear too much from both inside the building and outside the building. WiFi allowed for only one device, additional devices were charged a fee. Neighborhood seemed a little too sketchy to feel comfortable walking alone at night to the nearby shopping/amusement center.
