hire more staff Not enough staff front desk was closed because they had to clean the elevator when we arrived. Took 20 minutes to check in, manager had to get involved. They were very nice about it, but the process was just too much . There are people living here and continued to come to counter to hold conversation with the staff they had become friends with. Multiple guest not just 1 wouldn't have cared if they had more staff to help but every time someone needed something and wanted to talk they would stop checking us in.

Phoenix stayover Room was nice for the price. Good access to the freeway. The area and people that were hanging around the motel were a little questionable ?

Place for a couple or person that is just looking for a bed to crash on. The activity going on is not for everyone. Take Clorox wipes to go over things you will touch. We always do anyway. Service was very good. Desk people were great.

Once is enough The neighborhood was kind of sketchy. People hanging out in front walking the streets. The room was ok, until we really looked at the walls. Had blood on it, the t.p. had urine on it and the floors were wet and smelled funny. I didn't sleep that night. At first light, I asked for refund or to change rooms. We got another room much better better. But I already had a candle, shower shoes and extra t.p. handy. Thank goodness for wally being near by. Very cheap place to crash.
