Excellent product at a great price! It started as a weekend trip and I ended up staying through my birthday. Perfect location and excellent room!

The location of the hotel was unsafe, kinda of a remote area. There were alot of maybe homeless people hanging around in the area and outside the hotel.The room smelled like smoke even though it says No Smoking...
hire more staff Not enough staff front desk was closed because they had to clean the elevator when we arrived. Took 20 minutes to check in, manager had to get involved. They were very nice about it, but the process was just too much . There are people living here and continued to come to counter to hold conversation with the staff they had become friends with. Multiple guest not just 1 wouldn't have cared if they had more staff to help but every time someone needed something and wanted to talk they would stop checking us in.
The smell of Marijuana, the hookers, and people hanging out in the back parking lot. Little kids riding scooters in the hall way. No ironing boards or irons in the room. Man working at front desk needs a lesson in customer service, real bad attitude, and very rude. Really dismissive especially when it pertained to issues about housekeeping issues.
