A good place to book a room. The stay was nice, you can not enter without a key card so that helped keep out the rift rafts. The only thing that irked me well 2 was the Pizza delivery guy had to have me come down. Staff would not let him up. So yea its like that hard core. 2nd come check out time their was noone at the desk. And the #'s were bogus it seemed. Overall I would return as the staff was couteous and professional and the motel and my room was very clean upon my arrival.
Bathrooms were not clean or supplied with toilet paper. Being that there was a kitchenette i was dissatisfied that there wasnt even a coffe mug or a pot to boil water

Value Place is great if you are staying in the area for a long period of time. The rooms are like studio apartments. There is a full refrigerator / freezer, full sink and a small electric stove in the room. Instead of having to eat out for every meal, you can buy groceries and cook your own food. Also, there is a laundry facility on site so you can do your own laundry should the need arise.
