First stay Tolbert was very helpful during the entire stay
Best Hotel Stayed at I have recently spent 10 days on my trip and I stayed at Value Place on Dunlap. As I waited for the elevator, I saw this poster of a review that stated: Easy check-in, good night sleep, clean, etc. I have to agree with that poster. The check-in process very fast. The staff there is EXCELLENT, RESPECTFUL, and PUNCUTAL. This place specifically I would always recommend to friends and family. I look forward to dtaying there again. Satisfactory: 100%

Bed is decieving Better than it looks I thought I would toss and turn and be uncomfortable with one look and sitting on the bed. It is actually not so bad of a bed. I rested ok on it. Then again each day I was exhasted from work. Ask if your getting a smoking floor before signing or paying any money. I stayed here for 9 days, was stuck on the fourth floor with smokers. Wish they would of warned me before taking my money.

This location is not the best area, walking to exercise is not my recommendation. The facility is well maintained, close to freeway, shopping, restaurants, and close enough to downtown,

A good place to book a room. The stay was nice, you can not enter without a key card so that helped keep out the rift rafts. The only thing that irked me well 2 was the Pizza delivery guy had to have me come down. Staff would not let him up. So yea its like that hard core. 2nd come check out time their was noone at the desk. And the #'s were bogus it seemed. Overall I would return as the staff was couteous and professional and the motel and my room was very clean upon my arrival.

thieves I stayed for 3 weeks and was asked to leave the motel when I still had 2 days left tht I payed for and the manager Thomas Wilson said he wasn't going to return my money
