Just what I needed. A place to stay while I worked in az.
Good Stay! Check-in was quick and easy. The women at the desk were very nice and informative. The room was clean and thank goodness it was smoke-free. Only one downfall--the noise from the freeway. I plan to stay again on my next trip, but on the farther end from the freeway.
Pros: Clean, safe neighborhood, easy access to freeway, kitchenette, cable tv Cons: stiff bed, flat pillows, internet access patchy, no blankets, no dishware for kitchenette
it does fit its budget price. It has new fridge and microwave. walls were not sound proof. you only get basics with kitchenette. close to transit and other restaurants. near mall but lots of vacancies in mall and commercial district near. small amusement park near by. Recommend first stop to a dollar store to buy stuff for kitchenette. The neighbourhood is a bit on the downward slide.
Nice place for an extended stay I needed accommodations for two weeks and this place was very convenient

Great Price Decent Stay The staff is really friendly. The customer service level was overall good. The rooms, kitchen area, and bathrooms are clean. The carpets look horrible, but it was good.
I couldn't have been happier with my entire stay. The staff and facilities were great!
