Not bad I want a nonsmoke room, but they told me they only had smoking room. I asked when they have a nonsmoke room, can I change the room. They applied, but no information. So I have lived in a smoking room for two weeks.

Nice location! The ac unit wasnt cold enough and rarely kicked on. Also, they wanted to charge us $10 to have clean daily towels. Nice location by the mall.

For the price and kitchen in room! very cool! It was clean and the full size refrigerator with freezer was really nice to have. The room came with a mini kitchen with microwave. Was very nice to have. I liked the buildings security. You had to have a key card to get into any door. Loved that part. Because not anyone could just walk into it. And for $53.00. With all the amenities. You couldn't beat their prices anywhere. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Nice Flop House This building and staff are top notch, but the great weekly rates and location mean that the clientele are mostly transient folks who appear to be one step above homeless. I was fine with my stay and didn't mind the colorful guests but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who has a family or is sensitive to seeing how the unwashed masses live. But again, it was perfect for my extended sol visit to Phoenix.
