Great value for a long stay Sayed for a week. Closed structure of the building, card-entry keeps this place quiet and secure. Stovetop, inside laundry room, helped... Staff was helpful, friendly. Hallways, especially, the elevator need cleaning. Twenty minutes drive to Park-N-Go parking. Enjoy downtown Phoenix.

It’s clean kinda The hotel was clean. Room was really clean. The bathroom was ok the tub looked dirty so take shower sandals. There was no shampoo or soap and no one at the front desk to provide it I had to drive 2 miles to buy some at CVS. If you don’t mind it then other than that it was an ok place.

Good Value The property was very basic. No frills. No lobby. The room was clean and decent. Bed was OK for one night. If you want to use the kitchen, I advise that you bring your own kitchen ware. There's none in the room, although I understand that they will issue you some on request. I didn't need it. Nice TV and wiFi worked well. It was a good fit for what I needed, and it was a good value for the money.

I chose this hotel due to its location and room rates. I had to book a hotel with only a few days notice, so I was happy with the rate and general quality of the room. I would stay again if I was in the area in the future.

Extended stay motel Keep in mind this is an extended stay type motel. I did not know this when I booked. If you want a place that has small beds, a cook top without pans, no closet, maid service once a week or more, animal friendly, no information on area restaurants, a fee charged if your room key has to be re-coded, noise coming thru the walls and ceiling, freeway traffic noise, no ice machines, smell of 'weed smoke on one floor and no bags in the trash cans then this place is for you! It smelled terrible, the beds/pillows were super uncomfortable, and the office was closed over night so we couldn’t ask for extra towels or a tv remote when ours wasn’t working.

Floors were very dirty and bare bones. Price was good for what we needed but wont be back.
