Very Clean, strange business model. Room was clean. You get very little for your money. No maid service. You pay extra for clean towels and sheets that are exchanged at the office. No dishes or pots/pans to utilize the kitchenette. The motion sensor in the room was concerning. Office staff had no answer for the reason and in fact claimed to not know about it. Camera also? Didn't find one, but didn't rip the place up looking. Just very strange. Once was enough for me. It was clean!

Overnight Stay The location was easy to get to. Quiet neighborhood even though the 101 was near. I liked the property. The plastic chairs were not appealing. No curtains, blinds. Could use more parking lot lighting. I plan to stay again.

Ok location This Hotel is more for the long term stay. The staff and people who were staying there were friendly and nice but you could see it was more set up to be for people needing a place to be for more than a few days.
It will do... I guess ! This location is better than the other two in phoenix which I've stayed at both, but the front desk service needs help. (Brittany ~especially). Lots of attitude for a young person.
