Next to freeway, nice extended stay family place The name says it all, Value Place. If you don't mind being without maid service for a week at a time, this place may be for you. It's in a quiet neighborhood. There are no grocery stores within walking distance, only warehouses and residential property surrounding this place. The closest grocery store is Safeway, one mile east, with a Fry's Foods (a Kroger company) one mile further east. I would consider coming back to this place again.

it was ok. single full bed with fridge and 2 burner cook top and microwave. no coffee maker or coffee available in hotel. no breakfast. price comparable to comfort Inn with out any of the compliments. would have been better on a week long stay rather then an over night only.

Clean safe smoke free extended stay This was a nice surprise. Unlike some dumps with less than desireable conditions and upkeep. Located at end of cul de sac in a quiet area. It was smoke free. The grounds, hotel and room were all well maintained. Front desk friendly. There are no utensils, dishes, etc. no dishwasher. Wi-if was 10/20 for the week. Didn't care for that extra charge. Felt it was really taking advantage of the guest. Laundry room was clean and took credit cards so no need to look for change. Local area close to... read more

Great hotel and service!! Front desk was very courteous. The hotel was in a nice area, accessible to markets and not far from shopping and dining. I gave this hotel 4 stars only because of the other people that stay there being that this is such an affordable hotel. No one bothered me, but some people I encountered in the hallways and elevator I did not feel so comfortable with.

Doing business in Phoenix I love to be able to cook my own meals and this provides an excellent facility for doing that. Great business overnight accommodations all that you could expect.
