Nice hotel easy access to freeway Room was small but comfortable. We moved to Phx from out of state. Stayed there for a week until we moved into our condo. I would definitely stay again if needed. More affordable then most extended stays.

Good location for spring baseball A clean room and close to where we were going. I had to wake up staff for check in , and even though it was about 1am, Eric was very nice and professional.

Nice place to stay during Spring Traing Baseball. Stayed a week to watch spring training baseball. Really close to peoria field and not to far from other fields. Has a kitchen, but does not come with any dishes or pans. No problem, stores are close by to pick up some grocery, paper towels, paper plates and plastic forks. If you are staying longer and need pots and pans, there is a thrift store or a walmart close by. They do offer at the motel to sell you supples. Great Business-type Hotel Nothing for kids to do here but I was there for 7 days of intense training and needed a place that was comfortable and quiet so I could rest and study at night. This place was perfect! There is a kitchenette with a 2-burner stove but no utensils or dishes so bring your own. I went simple with a small skillet and a small dish for microwave. I could not have asked for better, it was clean, check-in was friendly, and the price was great!
Like an adult hostel Value Place is an excellent, economical option for a stay of 1 week or more. It is more like moving into an apartment for a week than a traditional hotel. The basic price includes simply the room and very basic supplies. For additional fees you can purchase additional supplies and services. With a kitchen (no oven) you can prepare meals thus saving additional money by not needing to eat out every meal. The staff is exceedingly helpful. great hotel at a reasonable price Great place for the price. Near the freeway, shopping mall and the stadium. Close to our daughter in Peoria. approx. 35 minutes from the airport.
Great if you're a smoker. Less so if you're not. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was exactly as represented. But it stunk of stale cigarette smoke.
Bang for the buck. We stayed a week. Very good experience. Great value for the mooney.
