My initial stay was less than pleasant after a supposed miscommunication issue but the manager Tiffany & operations mgr Lance stepped up to the plate did right by me & rest of my stay was very nice. The room itself was very clean & not a single bug the whole week or long black hairs all over linens & towels. If you've had to stay at any of the weekly rental places here in the west valley you would know that's a big deal. Despite my initial problem I would def recommend this place.

Staff were pretty nice, but they are always not enough towels.

Great service! There was a confusion on my booking online, but was resolved right away upon check in. The staff is friendly and helpful. Will be staying an extra week, as it is a safe and comfortable place to stay.
