Hotel Good for the price, Security was good. For extended stays the price and area is great.
Value Place Peoria Clean, reasonable price and quiet. Near the highway. Could use a small lamp on the bed stand. We will stay there again!
Best bang for the buck I stayed here for a week and I liked this place a lot. The front desk guys are great and they make it easy for the check in process. The rooms are nice and are absolutely NO frills. You get a bed, sort of blanket, TV and a restroom. The kitchenette is not equipped with pans/dishes/mugs (as compared to ExtendedStay). So, I would suggest you get some of this when you are planning for a long stay and like eating your own cooked food. Very Impressed with the hotel. There should be more hotels like Value Place. It had the right price for a hotle room.
Pretty Good Hotel! This hotel was pretty nice...it was in a nice area and was close to the freeway. New condition, and was spacious. As stated above, the deposit required at check-in was unexpected, so that threw me off a little bit. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel to a traveler...especially if you are staying for a week somewhere...they charge by the week, whether you stay for 2 days or all seven.
Value Place Peoria nice place to stay for budget minded travellers seeking good, clean lodging This looks like new property and is located in a nice neighborhood near the freeway but not as easily accessible as some from the feeder as would be expected- requiring a bit of driving on side streets to get there which was no problem to me and contributed to the quiet safe environment.
