Great location - Great Price For us, this was the perfect location. Close to food, shopping, and family. While it may not be fancy, we both slept comfortably and would definitely go back. The TV was not high definition, like we're used to, but you could upgrade. This and the fact that there was not a lamp on the night stand, so you had to read by the overhead lights, are the only things we'd make a comment about. Everything else was perfect. Staff is friendly and very welcoming. The are making room and Property upgrades. The new beds and linens are very comfortable and more like home.
Staff is very helpful and courteous couldn't have had better stay anywhere else

Next to freeway, nice extended stay family place The name says it all, Value Place. If you don't mind being without maid service for a week at a time, this place may be for you. It's in a quiet neighborhood. There are no grocery stores within walking distance, only warehouses and residential property surrounding this place. The closest grocery store is Safeway, one mile east, with a Fry's Foods (a Kroger company) one mile further east. I would consider coming back to this place again.
it was ok. single full bed with fridge and 2 burner cook top and microwave. no coffee maker or coffee available in hotel. no breakfast. price comparable to comfort Inn with out any of the compliments. would have been better on a week long stay rather then an over night only.
Very nice Convenient location, clean, and safe.
