The stay was good, but the front desk clerk wasn't there most of the time???? I had to wait 10-15 minutes jus for her to come out of the back room??????

Expectations 7:57om we walked in and had trouble checking in on a Sunday night as the lobby seemed to have been closed, thanks to the lady who was listening the whole time from the window, she finally opened it to help. the phone in the lobby said emergency only it was hard to understand where to call. when we checked in, we walked in to a weird smell throughout the facility.. walking into a room there was 1 bar soap, no shampoo no conditioning. Hotel bueno y no esta caro Me gusto porque tiene cocineta y esta amplio, un poco austero pero es comodo, si lo recomiendo

La gente fuma en los cuartos Es un hotel para estadias largas. No tiene alberca, la gente fuma en los cuartos, la atención es buena, cerca del estadio.

A lot of waiting in the lobby asked to extend my reservation day b4 they told me come back tomorrow b 4 11 then when I did renew at that time they told me my key would still b good at 6pm I went downstairs came back to my room and the key didn't work and I got locked out. Also they charged me $20 a nite more which I felt was not right.
