Supposed to be inexpensive, only stay one night. Mini kitchen - it is not stocked with anything. If you really want to "cook", you need to buy microwave dinners, paper plates/paper towels/plastic utensil's. I would not recommend cooking on the two burner countertop. The refrigerator was a plus - a regular size frig that worked great. FYI - NO Ice Machine, NO coffee maker - If you want ice it's another thing to go buy. No coffee maker is just mean. Convenient to places around Sun City and Peoria. Went to house hunt and to visit my brother and second cousin. Saw an art show in Sun City and one in Litchfield Park as well as the horse races at Turf Paradise. Took a lot of sunset pictures by Lake Pleasant to show to folks back home in Indiana. Making breakfast and lunch in my room was a great feature of my stay asa it saved me costly meals. Cheap long term stay hotel The hotel room I booked did not tell me it was a smoking room, nor did it state that the hotel was a long-term stay hotel without the usual amenities such as daily room cleaning, daily linen exchange, no Wi-Fi unless you paid extra for all those things. We worked around them once we got there but it would have been nice for Expedia to tell us up front about this.
