Peoria Just fine for the amount of money I spent

It was clean and quiet and location was good. The second time I stayed that raised the rate by 15.00 which I did not appreciate

You get what you pay for Positive: Great for low cost. And it is a secure place - lots of cameras. Negative: Hotel staff inflexible with the arrangements of 30 soccer players and 10 adults. Booked over 13 rooms for 1 night and were not accommodating with early check in - for even 1 room, required IDs for every room with payment. Complaints about noise - slamming doors in the morning - not like it was at night. Above us the family was very loud and we didn't complain. My initial stay was less than pleasant after a supposed miscommunication issue but the manager Tiffany & operations mgr Lance stepped up to the plate did right by me & rest of my stay was very nice. The room itself was very clean & not a single bug the whole week or long black hairs all over linens & towels. If you've had to stay at any of the weekly rental places here in the west valley you would know that's a big deal. Despite my initial problem I would def recommend this place.
