Value Place Peoria nice place to stay for budget minded travellers seeking good, clean lodging This looks like new property and is located in a nice neighborhood near the freeway but not as easily accessible as some from the feeder as would be expected- requiring a bit of driving on side streets to get there which was no problem to me and contributed to the quiet safe environment. No hand towels or wash cloths. No bath soap or complimentary shampoo or conditioner. No TV with local channels - had to log in to your own app for YouTube or Netflix just to watch TV. Beds were basically full size cots. Price was too much for the room.

Worst beds we’ve ever slept in. No box spring and thin mattress

The check in was easy and May was very friendly. The parking lot was very dark they need to replace the lightbulbs. The bed was hard as a brick and the noise from the freeway made for nonexistent sleep. The front desk receptionist left at 10 pm and doesn't return until 10 am on Sundays, so if there's a problem there's NO one to contact. I will not stay here again.

Staff were not present at all weekends, weekday after 9-5 Public access doors were not restricted to guests, keyholders, they freely opened around the clock. Room and grounds were clean. The smell of marijuana was throughout interior, hall, elevator, etc.

Road noise was extreme. The kitchen came without any amenities. I cannot recommend this facility.
