Ok bed and shower but very noisy, drunks lingering outside, hotel lobby and hallways very hot, key didn’t work properly even with front seat assistance, had to call phone on wall after 10pm to check in then waited in hot lobby with drunks outside. Felt very unsafe. Will never stay again. Would rather sleep in my car than stay there again.

They sold my room and left me homeless

I reserved a room online, paid, got confirmation, however night stay told me it wasn't paid. Was told no invoice, nothing showed up on Expidia showing we had a room, but it did show on my end. She refused to let me pull it up to show her. We had to pay, again, for a room.If it was not so late and my mother just getting out of ER, I would NOT have even paid for another room. Also, no breakfast for a fancy and expensive place, just snacks.
First and last time I stay here. The room smelled terrible of body odor and or spices. The counter was dirty with stock food on top. I filtered with 2 pets and was shocked to be hit with $25 per dog fee.
When you walking in the walkway, peoples cooking odor penetrates in your belongings and clothes. I walked out of there smelling like refried mixture. When I was trying to rest the smells of feed odors, sex, and whatever else odors where in the bed my hair and my cloth. I couldn’t catch a rest sleep. I requested a refund after being in the property for only 15 min. They refused to refund me.
Did not like the bed. It was a fold out bed look like and it was not leveled and shook with every move I made. I had snacks on the counter and woke up to nats around them in the morning. Had to throw them away. This place did not seem like the safest with one car there that had a busted out window. Overall was not pleased with the room.

It felt like a boarding house, for rehabilitation or somebody that just got out of prison halfway houses. All we needed was to have prison guards walking up and down the Hall. As soon as I checked in all I saw was people sitting in the Halls in front of the hotel room which look like a bunch of younger males that just got out of the prison.
