Room was ok, didn't have a bedside lamp. Bedding wasn't very comfortable. Ok for a 1 or 2 night stay, smelled like smoke in the elevator and hallway. Difficulty getting through to a person when calling to the hotel.

So so My sheets were dirty, the shower was constantly dripping no matter how tight the knob was turned, which made sleeping difficult.

In general, worked pretty well for us. However, this is more an extended stay hotel than night-by-night. No amenities, not even coffee available, no lamp for reading at beds, no Kleenex dispenser. Lumpy mattresses need replacement.

You get exactly what you pay for This is a bare bones hotel. You get exactly what you pay for. If you need attention every day, don't stay here. If you don't need daily contact with room services, then this is your place. At $50 a day, you should be able to realize you're not staying at a five-star full service hotel. This is an okay hotel for the price.

Reasonable price for easy access to metro area The hotel was nicer than I expected. It was convenient to get into Phoenix to museums and other attractions nearby as it was just off the freeway. The room was quiet and very functional though the mattress was the most comfortable.

Low expectations NOT met It was fortunate we read reviews before we left. This was really bare bones accommodation. No maid service without paying 25.00 for each additional service, no coffee maker unless you bought one from them for 29.90 ( take it with you) no pool, they had 4 washing machines and 4 dryers ( 2 washers were broken when we arrived) but with potential 120 rooms availability was an issue.
