Excellent value and superb location My wife and I just spent a week at this hotel in Phoenix and can't recommend it enough. Its more towards the budget end of the market but, located right off the interstate, many attractions in/around the city were no more than 30mons drive away! The hotel is also next to a supermarket and pharmacy, there are a further two supermarkets, fast food restaurants and petrol stations all around the junction. The room was handicap accesible and clean. The staff were very helpful and polite. The bed was a double spring fold up bed, I think. I did not like it. The room was clean. There were a few weird characters in the building.

Hotel convenient to the freeway The room was better than I expected. A drawback was the constant smell of smoke. I could smell cigarette smoke through the vents, elevator, hallway, etc. I also didn't like the linen policy. Other than that, it met my needs.
Very Accomodating This was an interim stay for me while I located a new apartment. It was quite comfortable and the staff was very helpful.
Convenient hotel with no frills Picked this hotel because of cost & distance to Phoenix International Raceway. No wifi, no coffeemaker/coffee in room and we had to exchange our towels at the front desk during their open hours.
