You get exactly what you pay for This is a bare bones hotel. You get exactly what you pay for. If you need attention every day, don't stay here. If you don't need daily contact with room services, then this is your place. At $50 a day, you should be able to realize you're not staying at a five-star full service hotel. This is an okay hotel for the price.

Reasonable price for easy access to metro area The hotel was nicer than I expected. It was convenient to get into Phoenix to museums and other attractions nearby as it was just off the freeway. The room was quiet and very functional though the mattress was the most comfortable.

The price is great, the hotel is so-so Pros - great weekly rate, really nice staff, good channel selection on tv. Cons - paper thin walls, room cleaning only every 9-10 days, inadequate lighting (really needs a lamp on the nightstand).

Meets basic need for an overnight stay The staff is nice and helpful. The room was clean and met my basic needs. One light switch controls the lights in the sleeping area and kitchen! I was concerned about the location. It is kind of hidden away. I did not feel comfortable leaving the hotel to get dinner.

Reasonably priced for room with kitchen facilities The rooms were fine. However, I was very disappointed that I booked 2 rooms, requesting handicap accessibility, and neither room had any in-room accessibility. We were traveling with my 84 year old father, who has balance issues, and difficulty walking, using a cain. I myself also utilize a cain. Low expectations NOT met It was fortunate we read reviews before we left. This was really bare bones accommodation. No maid service without paying 25.00 for each additional service, no coffee maker unless you bought one from them for 29.90 ( take it with you) no pool, they had 4 washing machines and 4 dryers ( 2 washers were broken when we arrived) but with potential 120 rooms availability was an issue.
