Not bad for the price! Felt like a little apartment. I had everything I needed for a 6 day stay. Liked how it was secured. You can only get in with a room key. I reported a maintenance issue but was never fixed. Lock on door broke off. Luckily there was a back up lock. I do recommend if you are staying for an extended time. Will come back for sure!

Nice hotel It was quiet and I would stay again. There not much else that I need say. I felt safe and even the others staying there were friendly.

Good Place in Phoenix This was an extended stay type hotel in a Hispanic area of Phoenix. The hotel was very quiet. No frills. Very good price. There was some minor noise at night but it was people who work different shifts. I will stay there again. The area services are good too and freeway access is immediate but no traffic noise.

Bring your own tableware! If I had known there was a full kitchen, but no cookware or utensils, then I would have brought my own,and this would be a higher rated review. No frills room, you pay for wifi (so I didn't), no pool, very basic TV, a small (and not very comfortable) bed. One bar of soap, no shampoo (I brought mine, so no problem for me, but be warned). For the price, next time I travel, I will look for one of these hotels, and will bring my own tableware and cookware, as well as food. It's a pretty good place to st... read more
