The price is great, the hotel is so-so Pros - great weekly rate, really nice staff, good channel selection on tv. Cons - paper thin walls, room cleaning only every 9-10 days, inadequate lighting (really needs a lamp on the nightstand).

Meets basic need for an overnight stay The staff is nice and helpful. The room was clean and met my basic needs. One light switch controls the lights in the sleeping area and kitchen! I was concerned about the location. It is kind of hidden away. I did not feel comfortable leaving the hotel to get dinner.

Reasonably priced for room with kitchen facilities The rooms were fine. However, I was very disappointed that I booked 2 rooms, requesting handicap accessibility, and neither room had any in-room accessibility. We were traveling with my 84 year old father, who has balance issues, and difficulty walking, using a cain. I myself also utilize a cain. Excellent value and superb location My wife and I just spent a week at this hotel in Phoenix and can't recommend it enough. Its more towards the budget end of the market but, located right off the interstate, many attractions in/around the city were no more than 30mons drive away! The hotel is also next to a supermarket and pharmacy, there are a further two supermarkets, fast food restaurants and petrol stations all around the junction. The room was handicap accesible and clean. The staff were very helpful and polite. The bed was a double spring fold up bed, I think. I did not like it. The room was clean. There were a few weird characters in the building.
