Ok at best It is ok for very economical stay. The rooms are very outdated and have gone through a lot of maintenance. It is ok if you just want a place to sleep and willing to overlook the quality of the room.

The bed was Advertised as a queen but was a full but was clean and comfortable
The road noise was a little excessive and one of the rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. Otherwise not horrible.
