Crappy hotel with similar service. Our room had holes in the walls. There were no pillows in the room. The front desk said they were out of them. We did not get them until 11:30pm.

This place is not the place to be, even for the price. The bed was so uncomfortable, the room was half cleaned, they didn't bother vacuuming. It is very dingy and worn, updated needed like now. The staff were very pleasant, but the overall stay was horrible based on the condition of the room which is the whole reason anyone book an hotel.

The property is inviting and the staff is nice, but the room had roaches. It is not good to wake up during the night to use the bathroom and when you turn on the light, roaches are scurrying around. Not cool...

Very dirty floors Dirty floors ruined our stay. Decided not use in the future.

They gave my room away. Unapologetic desk clerk said there was no room for me. After allowing me to simmer awhile with that information he made a call and told me there was room at the "other location down the street." It was literally down the street but hidden behind a furniture store and had no sign at the street. I looked for over half an hour before I found it. Exhausted, I finally got a room. Ok room. Dissatisfied. Upon check in, had to wait for around 20 minutes before I was able to check in. Lack of toilet paper, no ice machine, ect.
