The carpet in our room was damp and filthy, had to wipe our feet off before getting into bed. Staff wasn't helpful, the room was missing basics like a do not disturb sign and washcloths.

schlechtestes Zimmer auf unserer Reise Das versprochen Internet war nicht vorhanden. Das Frühstück war mit nur einem Becher Kaffee und Muffin und Granola Bar nicht als solches akzeptabel. Desweiteren war das Gebläse der Klimanalage sehr laut und es gab keine Fön im Zimmer.

I read the reviews and booked the room. The reviews were accurate. I realized I didn't spend much for the room but come on it doesn't cost much to sweep the stair wells and Hydrogen Peroxide will take care of the killing the mold and then using bleach daily will help also. Bathroom REALLY need help

The wall and window next to the room door was covered (and I mean covered) in bird crap. Total turn off...they should either not rent that room or clean the window/wall. Also, despite having a "smoke more than 150' away from premises" policy, the stairwell was littered with cigarette butts. Lastly, under the stairs there was large clear trash bag filled with trash...it was there when I got there and was there when I left. The interior of there room was updated and nice.

Some staff was rude but you get what you pay for. Room wasn’t bad except for roaches seen in room

I did not stay at the hotel. I attempted to cancel my reservation, but the cancellation have. was denied and I was charged for stay I did not

We were hurricane evacuees and needed a pet friendly room for a family member as well as kitchen facilities. Staff at desk were very nice but room was so dirty that it turned my white socks black. Supposedly you had a full kitchen package. All we managed to get was a coffee pot and toaster. Thank goodness there was a CVS across the street where we could get paper plates, etc. This was a very difficult stay under very difficult circumstances. The area was terrific and the hotel was miserable.
