Worse stay I ever had with a hotel This was one of the worse hotels I ever stayed at after a 3 hour drive. I was told our room was right outside this door, I open the door and it was right there. I wanted to watch TV and iron. There was no iron, and the TV didn’t work. I went to the desk to complain about the TV and to get an iron. The Worse Stay Ever at Ext Stay Richmond West End I requested an early check in and downstairs room. This is the first time I was ever told that I would be charged for an early check in. I was accommodated the downstairs room, only to have roaches crawling on the bed! I called the front desk, and told them what was in my room. I was asked, Did I want to move!!! When arriving to the property, it seemed as if it were a nice facility. However, our room was located in the far back building which was certainly not as clean as the lobby. When we got in our room, you could tell the room was not fully cleaned. There were beer bottles in the trash can, trash in trash can in the bathroom, and what looked like broken plastic on the bathroom floor. The room beside us had a dog that was constantly barking. Extremely disappointing. If I am paying for a place to stay, I expect it to be clean.

That i have been paying for a room that did not come with a pull out mattress and we've been here for 5 days and still no mattress and they want to harrash and hasal me for one payment. My kids sleeping on the floor and in the bed with me and my wife, and top it off the property has bedbugs and my kids sleeping on the floor. Not satisfy at all.

The bed was So uncomfortable me and my husband tossed and turned all night. Did not sleep well at all. Also, there was no hair dryer .

I like the kitchentte area. I didnt like they only gave 1 wash cloth for 2 guest, the receptionist told me that pets was allowed , but they have a separate side where guest with pets can stay, being that my husband is allergic to pets, it was a family next door with a screaming dog. Evety time you go out your room and come back, the dog was barking. The bathroom tub had mold around it. It needed to be re caulked. The hotel didn’t offer enough toiletries or towel sets for the complete stay.

Not very clean. Only provided 1 wash cloth in bathroom for 2 adults. No utensils in kitchen area as stated in hotel description. Hair was left behind on bed linens and bathroom towels. Cleaning staff needs better training on how to properly clean and stay up to code with regulations on cleanliness
