Never Again Hotel had bed bugs curtains was falling down being held up by safety pins tiles on wall dirty wash clothes and towels were dingy replacement room just as bad no heat

Found a roach crawling on the counter where I was eating breakfast. Woke up next morning with 9 itchy bug bites on my body! Worried that they may be from bed bugs. Not sure how to proceed from here. Very disappointed and I feel sorry for the next customer who has to experience this.

No kitchen supplies in room. Not even plastic cups to use for drinking or basic coffee maker. Apparently for Extended Stay, all of these need to be requested from front desk but plastic cups.?? No hair dryer but front desk did deliver that to us. Blanket on bed was not clean but sheets etc were clean. Room served our purpose but was not a good first time for this chain.

The room was not very clean. The online view of the room was misleading. The continental breakfast consisted of tea packets and granola bars. I've stayed at other Extended Stay hotels that we're in much better shape.

Motel 6 would have been better - no cups or glasses for water; one terrible soap and shampoo - no lotion or anything. I had to ask for trash can even! You can't have guests asking for everything including toilet paper. The night person at the desk was so uncommitted to service. I thought ES was a little better than a motel but it was utter disappointment.

This place is a dump - do NOT stay here! This place is a dump. Drape was hanging off the window, stains on the comforter, blood stain on the sheet, clear signs of mold/mildew in the shower/tub, power button to the TV remote didn't work, inside of refrigerator was dirty, WiFi connected but didn't work, and the lamps on either side of the bed had no way to turn on/off. They fave us a room that did not exist. Then they gav is a room were my husband seen a bug. Then investigate it amd the sheet and mattress pad were filthy. Gave us another room the air conditioning did not work. The next day we were locked out of room and had to have key reprogrammed. I would only RHINK about staying here if you are desperate. It seem like the staff did not care what we went threw
