supposedly non smoking room but it had distinctive smell that did not go away.

Great customer service Very friendly staff. Jamie was especially nice and I feel she went above and beyond great customer service. There should be more employees like her. Room was clean and nice. There was another employee, I don't remember her name but she was very accommodating as well.

First room was so dirty. There was literal dirt between the sheets, no towels in the room, no remote, no soap and smelled of cigarettes. Went to the front desk and they immediately and kindly got me a new room.

Rough night There were stains on the bed sheets. The bath tub didn’t look clean. The room had a Smokey smell and I had kids with me. Lots of noise from other guests at night. Someone knocked on our room 2x late at night.
