It was ok Overall the place was good. The room was pretty clean and the lady working the front desk was really nice. The only thing was that the place was a little sketchy and there was a lot of noise outside.

We were placed in one room that had no cord to connect the tv so we were transferred to a second room. The door became stuck in the locked position in room 2 and we had to wait a couple hours for someone to let us in. Then we were transferred back to the room with no tv connect. Unsure if that problem had been addressed already.

Detailed experience Upon arrival, i cleaned entire room with their very own white wash cloth. It wasnt white after i was done cleaning. Found under chair in room was a black Bic lighter and a small candle. Finally, room is clean. All linen appeared to be clean with no stains and room was in order. Kitchen area appeared in order. Being a painter, i noticed the room appeared to be professionally painted while seeing no overlapping. Some of the furniture had sligjt damage as is the bathroom molding. supposedly non smoking room but it had distinctive smell that did not go away.

Great customer service Very friendly staff. Jamie was especially nice and I feel she went above and beyond great customer service. There should be more employees like her. Room was clean and nice. There was another employee, I don't remember her name but she was very accommodating as well.
