I want a refund for parsham payment I didn't get the room that I paid for I didn't get breakfast there no one there i need help in had Questionswas no water no ice I didn't get good service I couldn't even get no one there I didn't even get to see anyone to talk to this morning one bed in a the room i couldn't get no sleep because of the 7 dogs

Do not stay here! The room smelled like Animals so obviously there were dogs in their prior to our stay. The front office shuts down and is closed from 10 PM to 10 AM. One in the people in our party was locked out of their room and could not get back in because the front desk was . The bathroom in one of our rooms overflowed, and the overnight staff brought a plunger, gloves and towels to us to Fix the issue ourself. No ice machine, No breakfast and it cost $40 to get dishes from the front desk.

Book elsewhere Don’t stay here. Room smelled like urine, no extra sheets for pull-out sofa, security gate covering front desk, employees NEVER seen at front desk…

Worst stay ever. Worst stay at a hotel I have had period. Limited staff, hair in our bed, and the hotel was old. Won't recommend it to anyone.

- room was cleaned, but you can tell no one was in there for a long time. - Noisy, dogs barking at all our -No staff at night or morning. Phone numbers was not answered and never got a call back. -Check out has a dropoff box
