Not a nice or comfortable visit I checked in late, the desk person was very personable and helpful but I was met with the smell of marijuana and old smoke in the lobby. I should have canceled my booking when I was told the hotel was a smoking hotel, even though I booked a non-smoking room. I don't know how to describe my uncomfortableness when walking into the hotel and riding the elevator to my floor because the hotel felt like a truck stop. My room was cold and the heat did not work. Kitchen wasn't stocked with one glass or dish, silverware, nothing in the kitchen. Really old furnishing and just not a nice experience.

Do you like strippers? This is your place! Run!! Run away from this creepy run down pit. It had nothing but good reviews so I booked it. It's way expensive and poor quality. forget the free breakfast- granola bars? About half the rooms OVERLOOK A STRIP CLUB. There was once a privacy fence but parts of it have been torn down to give access to the hotel lot-yikes. Don't bring your kids, seriously. Gross. It's in need of renovating. The staff was wonderful. The outside was Filthy trash had been there since we got there on Thursday. They had NO face towels and the overall condition of the room needs major updates. I had been coming here for over 10yrs and it had went down. This will be my last stay unless they do some major updates.

They and Expedia took our room from us and gave it to someone else after I had a confirmed reservation. And then they notified me only hours before my arrival. This is unacceptable and outrageous. A most sickening experience. The gave me something lesser at a discount but that does not mitigate their criminal and unprofessional behavior in this matter. They should be ashamed and publicly apologize and give us compensation for this outrage.

Burglary My car got broken into and everything in it was stolen . Hotel had zero security cameras on outside so no one has been held accountable. Hotel Insurance didn’t cover anything stolen outside the property. I lost a grand total of $2672 staying one night. I will not stay at this chain of hotels unless it’s my complete last option.

Loud My room was just above the outdoor patio where people were drinking and playing cards. There was much arguing that got loud and stayed loud. After 10pm, I had to call the front desk twice fir someone to ask them to quiet down. The hallway smelled like and was smokey.
