The staff are very professional. The room had a bad smell, the television needs to be replaced, the room's heating/cooling unit was very loud.

Floor lamp had light bulb burned out........shower curtain did not fit into the bathtub properly..........television set did not have quality picture!

Within 30 minutes of getting into our room I noticed several bugs climbing up a wall. Disposed of them in the toilet before wife noticed and would want to find a new hotel! Discussed with front desk and was “thanked” for alerting them? At 215 am the Tiger Tail Exotic bar, just outside our window, shut down and all the drunks spilled out into the lot yelling, screaming and exchanged obscenities. I will never stay in this bug infested dump again!

First room had a leak in bathroom. Orange liquid dripping from ceiling. Second room heat was not working properly.

After reading other reviews, I was fully expecting an excellent experience. The room was decent and spacious. The floor felt sticky in spots but this is a minor complaint. My main complaint was the nearly non-existent "breakfast included". There were small pre-packaged muffins, granola bars, and instant oatmeal packs. There were no bowls and no milk. There was only sugar or sweet and low to put on the oatmeal. I ate my oatmeal in a paper coffee cup. After checking out I went to McDonald's to get a real breakfast.

Not so good Very bad internet connection. On Hotels.com it said that breakfast was included. The breakfast consisted of coffee and muffins. Served on a counter in the lobby. This is not breakfast in my opinion. If we had known this we would have chosen a different hotel.

Major mess up on hotels part. We did not get to stay at this hotel. They called when we were 1 1/2 hours away and said there was a maintenance problem in the room we were supposed to have and offered a room at the Alpine Inn half way across town that is also half the price we paid for. I told the lady we were not staying in that bug infested hotel and my reservation was booked over two mths in advance and paid for. There were animal pee stains on the carpeting in my room 109. These should have been cleaned up prior to putting another customer in the room. I have animals so I know it to be pee stains.
