The hotel was a little shabby and needed a face lift. The staff was friendly and helpful.
It was convenient for meeting, but the hotel smelled musty and made my allergies go crazy. The AC in the room was loud and would kick on and then turn off then kick on right away again. I wouldn't stay here again
Dreadful place Let's see: -- Most uncomfortable fold-out bed I have ever slept in. Really bad. -- No shampoo in the room. We asked for some, and were told "we should have some by Monday." -- Toilet blocked
Never again The strip club next door keeps me from staying again or from recommending it to others.
worst beds ever Worst bed I've ever had...too soft. Asked to be moved...nothing available.
itchy The sheets were so uncomfortable and itchy that we couldn't sleep. We ended up leaving at 2 in the morning to drive the hour and a half home rather than scratch all night.
The good, the bad, and the ugly! We traveled around Rockford and checked out different places.
Just felt...uncomfortable. Just never felt comfortable. Sofa was hard and uncomfortable. Kitchen and bathroom floors were sticky. No fault of the hotel, but hallway was loud. Lots of pre-teens running and screaming in the hallway. Not pleasant.
