If you are looking for a full service hotel, don't stay here. I was shocked to find out you had to be your own maid. This hotel offers nothing. Staff was courteous, but only offered to attend the door while checking in. Very disappointing stay. I would have checked out after 1 night, but they charged My credit card the full amount the day I reserved the room.

Bedding (main bed) and mattress (pullout couch) were dirty. The bathroom and other areas of the room were clean.

Poor customer service. This hotel does not offer room cleaning unless you stay for more than 7 days. After not cleaning the room I stated in, they informed me that they clean the rooms of guests staying for less than 7 days for an extra charge. I was not informed of this upon booking or check in. Customer service was very poor. After finding my room was not cleaned and requesting that I at least receive fresh towels, I was told I could "exchange" my towels by bringing my used towels to the front desk myself.

there is no room service. Bed was not made, bathroom not cleaned, towels not changed. there are no dishes, etc, as advertised on-line. there isn't even a glass from which to take a drink of water. there is no coffee maker.

disappointing experience-would not recomend We were very disappointed and this will be the last time we will make reservations at this hotel. Not having enough pillows, towels, any glasses at all, ripped blanket, not very clean bed sheets-this will not make a nice hotel room. It made us wonder how did they manage to get so many good reviews for such a low quality hotel

Big dated room First the good. The hotel is in a very convenient location just off the freeway. The room is basically a big studio apartment it is very nice to have the kitchen facilities. The room was fairly clean. The not so good. The free breakfast consisted of special k bars and prepackaged muffins. The sheets were worn thin and scratchy. The room had a smoke smell although it was a non-smoking room. If I'm passing through Rockford again I will choose one of the many near by hotels, and recommend others do the same
