Bait and switch In an earlier visit I had been shown an exquisite room, beautifully furnished, fully stocked kitchen, and the most comfortable bed I have ever laid on in a hotel. What I got was lumpy concrete bed, dark, dingy room, waxy carpet and empty kitchen. Not even a coffee maker. Refrigerator was so loud you could hardly hear the noise from the strip club next door! Loud, noisy, rude people... hotel was fine. We just needed a quick over night as we were heading home. The hotel was what we expected but the noise level was high. May have been the guests that particular night. A dog barked for 90 minutes (the owner seemed to have come back around 1pm as I head someone/ loud group coming down the hall saying it's a yorkie. Nehmt ein anderes Hotel! Das Hotel macht äußerlich einen gute Eindruck.Innen pflegebedürftig, es stinkt im gesamten nach undiffinierbaren Essen.

Will not go back there..... Many people were loitering on the deck above my room making it uncomfortable to come and go. Had light bulb out and desk said the "engineer" had gone for the day. Parking area was difficult to negotiate and lobby was hard to find. Room did not feel clean.

Lack of comfort items! The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly, however, when checking into a room that is supposed to sleep 4, we found no sheets or pillows in the room for the couch bed. We called down to the front desk to get some, which we shouldn't have to do, and they brought up sheets and a comforter; no blanket and no pillows! We then asked for pillows and after quite some time, the staff member came up with one pillow and apologized because that is all they had, even though the bed sleeps two. I have stayed here other times in the past and thought that the condition of the place has deteriorated. Our refrigerator made so much noise that it kept us awake and when we tried to get it fixed or another room we were put off for another night.

Abysmal No sheets on bed. Smelled like dogs. No iron in room. No coffee after 9.
